It is Halloween weekend and the Fair/Freakshow is in town. Mike, Steve and Bobby are planning to bully Jacob. Mike found out Jacob is working at the Freakshow and is going to go there, strip him and make him walk down the street. Carol, Steves girlfriend doesn't want them to do it and ask Steve to just go back to his place to do something else. Mike said they are doing it. Mike and Bobby go to a local shop and run into Gus. Gus is supposed to have "the stuff" for Mike but over hears Bobby talking about what Mike has planned and wants in. Mike tells him double the "stuff", he isn't paying for it and Gus has to drive them. Gus agrees and laughs about it. 

They show up at the Freakshow and catch Jacob. They start picking on him which causes Jacob to push them. They jump him and beat him to death. Dr. Death finds him and has Bishop Gates put him in his trailer. After figuring it out Dr. Death pulls out a mask and does a voodoo spell bringing Jacobs body back but a more malevolent spirit. The next day Carol goes to the police station to tell what happened. The Sheriff Sam is Mike dad. She tells him they killed Jacob. When he goes to check Dr. Death says though they beat the hell out of Jacob he was still alive. He sent Jacob home to heal. Mike finds Carol and tells her she shouldn't have said anything because his dad went to check and Jacob was fine. After being threatened by Mike she tells Steve about it but then doesn't say anything else.

One by one Jacob hunts them down. Killing each one in gruesome fashion. He finds Gus at work and rips his intestines out. Finds Bobby at home and rips his spine out. Finds Steve and Carol at the movie theater he stabs Steve in the ears and rips out Carols tongue. Jacob makes his way back to the Freakshow but collapses. Dr. Death helps him into his trailer and realizes he needs fresh blood. Bishop comes into the trailer and tells Dr. Death that Mike was there he tells him to have the others keep him busy, they have to go take care of something. Sam makes it home to get Mike out of there after finding Steve and Carol only to find Dr. Death in his house. While talking to him Bishop hits him in the head and Death begins to cut it off. Mike gets knocked out and when he comes to the "Freaks" are putting on a little show. Mike starts to leave and sees his dads car. Happy to see it until the person who gets out puts Sams head on the hood of the car. Jacob shows up and rips Mikes arms off. He then proceeds to rip out all of his teeth.

Another day Dr. Death is talking to a person in his shop and they grab a necklace full of teeth. He gives a run down and explains there are so many other items that have stories just like it. And how while there is always going to be freaks out there trying to hurt him he will always be here to help and protect them.

I give Candy Corn a 2.5. It is not a horrible film at all. While dialog isn't the best it does have some funny parts. I saw this movie during the lockdown of 2020 and back then I would have given this a 1 or maybe a 1.5 but after seeing it again I kind of like it. It has a Rob Zombie feel to it. I could see him doing this for sure. Other than no Sherri Moon lol. The kills are really cool. I really liked the spine rip out. All Subzero Mortal Kombat like. You don't see Steves but Carols tongue being ripped out was also cool.
