Insidious!

After Josh and his wife Renai move their family into a new house they slowly notice strange activity with their son Dalton. While Ranai spends a lot of time with the couples baby daughter, Dalton spends time with his brother Foster. One night Dalton goes into the attic and after hearing a weird sound he tries to pull the light string and falls off the ladder going into a coma.

Trying to convince Josh eerie occurrences were happening Renai was having a hard time everyday. Seeing and hearing things that aren't there. Josh kept telling her it was just the move and that nothing was there. They started seeing marks on Dalton and Foster told them he didn't feel safe near him and that Dalton sleep walks though he was hooked to machines and in a coma. 

Joshs mother Lorraine sees what is happening and is taken back by it. She calls Elsie who is a psychic and her paranormal investigative crew. Josh upset by this is finally told that this activity has happened in the past and that it had happened to him. Slowly Josh remembers what he went through and between him and Elsie he was going to have to go to the "Further" to get Dalton back. There was a demon now attached to Dalton and time was running out. Elise shows pictures of Josh with a "woman" in a black dress in every one of them. Showing him who was attached to him. Come to find out the "woman" was Parker Crane. A serial killer who dressed like a bride.

Josh finally finds Dalton in the "Further" and Dalton lets him know they have to be quite because of the Red Face Demon. They hear the song Tip Toe Through the Tulips and see this demon that could resemble the Devil himself. Hooved feet, snakes tongue red and black skin as if he had been released from hell.  After releasing Dalton from the chains they are chased back by the Red Face Demon. Getting away and making it back home. All seemed to have finally gotten back to normal but Elise notices how Josh was acting and took a picture of him. Josh then kills Elise. Renai trying to figure out what happened sees the picture and sees it is the old lady. 

This movie and its franchise is one of my favorites. I love the story, the acting, Lin Shaye is perfect! We are getting the fifth and final installment coming out July 7th called The Red Door. I have rewatched these movies multiple times and they don't get old for me. They just released both the 4K and 4K steelbook running around $30.
