Death's Roulette! Spoilers!

7 Strangers are drugged and placed inside a mansion. Business moguls Marta her husband Esteban and their daughter Lupe, Surgeon Armando, Stewardess Teresa, Jose 70+ year old man and a younger man who is a cop. As they start waking up they start helping untie one another and trying to figure out what is going on. The cop goes to drink some water and Lupe tells him it is probably poisoned. He says it isn't because if they wanted them dead they would have killed them already. There is a music box that goes off and someone starts to speak over an intercom. The person tells them they are going to play a game. There are 3 rules. Rule 1, the group must decide on one person to kill. Rule 2, that person must agree to being killed. And finally rule 3, nobody can volunteer. You have 1 hour after that if nobody as been chosen you will all be killed. After talking around to everyone they notice the older man moaning and he explains he had been tortured. They had ripped his fingernails out and beat him up pretty bad. He says pick me and some of the group have a hard time doing that especially the teenage girl. After saying it multiple times a door opens and a gunman shoots Jose in the head. The person on the intercom says he violated rule 3 and now you still have to pick a person to kill. But now another door has opened.

Now they have to play a game to get an answer. All the questions are about something they have done. When all the questions were answered they find out the person who has kidnaped them is Pablo Vega, psychopathic murder. The cop starts to look nervous and is asked why and he said he was hunting Pablo and he was set to kill him and when the person rounded the corner it was Pablos wife and he killed her. Armando talks about how he did surgery on Pablos mother but due to injuries from being hit by a car she was dead no matter what. Teresa said she didn't kill her when she hit her with the car just broke her legs. Then you get a recording from the nurses who work with Armando saying it was a simple procedure and what he was doing was going to kill her and he did. They go into another room and it says finds the clues on the walls. There are many pictures in the room and one of them was Marta and Esteban and another lady. It says "mom with auntie and uncle" It hits them that Martas sister is Pablos mother. Marta had her institutionalized were she was tortured and raped. Armando, Teresa and the cop says they are going to die alone and that the husband and wife will get to watch their daughter get murdered. They try to convince Teresa and drug addict to due it and they would give her son a million dollars and she said no. So the husband without saying it gives the cop a signal to pick him. Then Marta says no her. She explains that she put her sister there and that Pablo was offered to her after her sister died from the birth and she said no she didn't want him he had a hideous mark on his arm. So they all agree on her and the clock stops.

Another door opens and there is a big feast. Armando starts eating and explains if we are going to die to at least die on a full stomach. The cop reaches for a piece of pig and gets cut. There is a knife in the pig that says do it yourself. Armando goes after Marta and gets into it with Esteban and Armando gets stabbed. The clock starts back up and Teresa ask Armando to please accept the vote to be killed and he says yes and tells Esteban what to do. The clock counts all the down to one second. The last door opens to the outside. Thinking they are getting out they soon see they are in a maze and are now being hunted by the two gunman. They break off into two groups the family and Teresa/young cop. Teresa runs off and drops some drugs. She hides from the gunman and takes the drug. Seeing her way out she runs for it and gets hits by a truck. Guy gets out and walks over to her only to reveal it is the young cop. He is Pablo Vega! The family finds a small breach in the maze that leads boat and runs for it. They get on but sees the young cop unknowing it is Pablo. He swims to the boat and gets on. He tells Esteban to help with the anchor and takes off his jacket to reveal the mark on his arm. He pulls out two guns and tells them couple to stand together that they are going to play Russian Roulette. Marta puts the gun to Estebans head but can't pull the trigger. Esteban on the other hand pulls the trigger immediately. After talking for a minute the learn that Esteban had been molesting Lupe his daughter as well as some of her friends and that Marta knew about it. Pablo shoots both of them. Pablo and Lupe end up back at the mansion.

This movie reminding me of Escape Room meets Saw meets The Perfect Getaway. Different twists and turns left and right. I figured out who was Pablo right away but the rest was very interesting. They explain that Jose was a rapist and was Pablos father. This movie is from Mexico but has English dubs. I would love for them to make another one. I give it a 3.5 out of 5. I think the gameshow scene where they have to answer questions about themselves to get the answers they need was really good. They learned about how each one of them were not good people.
